Allison LaTona specializes in the spectrum of maternal mental health issues, as well as parenting and attachment relationships.  She has developed expertise in infant and child development, parent and child relations, as well as marriage/partnership.  She is experienced in a range of issues and difficulties for which people seek therapy: Life transitions, relationship issues, identity development, anxiety/depression, grief and loss, spiritual unfoldment and other concerns.

As a psychodynamic and family systems therapist, Allison works from a relational framework, while also utilizing cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness practices.  In her clinical practice, she works with adults, couples, and developing families.

Allison offers short-term and long-term psychotherapy, as well as consultation services.

The office is located south of Wilshire Blvd, on the corner of Westwood Blvd and Rochester. There is 2 hour metered parking on Westwood and Rochester. Additionally, there is easy residential (non-permit) parking on Rochester Blvd., one block east of Westwood Blvd.
